Wihlborgs signs an agreement with Region Skåne for 17,200 square meters in the Malmö area

The areas of use for the new property are logistics and warehousing. The building of nearly 17,200 square meters will have a high technical standard and be environmentally certified.

The total investment amounts to SEK 300 million.
