Signatur has acquired seven residential properties in Trelleborg with a lettable area of 2,741 sqm
The agreed property value is SEK 50 million and the transaction is a company transaction. The acquisition is financed partly by a directed issue of 66,667 Series B shares in Signatur Fastigheter of SEK 15 per share, corresponding to approximately SEK 1 million, and the remainder through bank loans and own funds.
The stock consists of 50 apartments as well as garage and parking spaces. They have a total lettable area of 2,741 square meters. Rental income amounts to approximately SEK 3.2 million, which gives an estimated operating net of SEK 2.2 million.
The private placement is carried out with the support of the existing authorization from the Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2020. The issue increases the number of registered B-shares in Signatur Fastigheter to 19,787,035 and the registered share capital increases by SEK 42,413.55 to SEK 12,589,252.
The reason for the deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights is to increase Signatur Fastigheter’s opportunities to acquire properties and grow the company in order to create greater value for the shareholders.
The properties take up the month of June / July and the agreement is conditional on financing being obtained.
